A lightly sparkling Provence style rosé with an added English twist. Using Hush Heath Estate grown grapes before pressing and blending by the winemakers in Balfour's own state of the art winery. A sparkling wine made with care and precision that Balfour are known for but ultimately to be opened and enjoyed. Serious but not too serious.
